서비스 이용약관

1. 목적

본 약관은 HoldemDNA(이하 "서비스") 이용과 관련하여 운영사(이하 "회사")와 이용자 간 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다.

2. 서비스 개요

  • 서비스는 이용자의 응답/선택 패턴 등을 기반으로 개인화된 분석 리포트를 제공하는 디지털 서비스입니다.
  • 서비스는 승률, 수익, 결과를 보장하거나 예측하지 않습니다.
  • 서비스는 베팅/도박 중개, 브로커리지, 게임 결과 예언/예측 서비스를 제공하지 않습니다.

3. 이용 자격

  • 이용자는 대한민국 및 거주 국가의 관련 법령을 준수해야 합니다.
  • 미성년자(만 18세 미만) 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

4. 계정 및 이용자 책임

  • 이용자는 서비스 이용 시 사실에 부합하는 정보를 제공해야 합니다.
  • 리포트/콘텐츠의 무단 복제, 재판매, 공유, 서비스 악용은 금지됩니다.

5. 결제 및 제공

  • 서비스는 디지털 산출물(리포트 등)을 제공합니다.
  • 결제 완료 후, 등록된 이메일로 리포트 열람 링크가 자동 발송되며, 마이페이지에서도 즉시 열람이 가능합니다.

6. 환불

HoldemDNA는 구매일로부터 30일 이내 전액 환불을 보장합니다. 자세한 내용은 환불정책을 참고하세요.

7. 지식재산권

  • 서비스, 리포트 템플릿, 분석 로직, UI/UX, 브랜드 요소에 대한 권리는 회사에 귀속됩니다.
  • 이용자는 개인적/비상업적 목적에 한해 리포트를 열람, 사용할 수 있습니다.

8. 면책 및 책임 제한

  • 회사는 특정 결과(승률/수익 등)를 보장하지 않습니다.
  • 이용자의 게임 결과/손익에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  • 손해배상 책임은 이용자가 실제로 지급한 금액을 한도로 제한됩니다.

9. 약관의 개정

회사는 법령 또는 서비스 변경에 따라 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 변경 시 합리적인 방법으로 고지합니다.

10. 준거법 및 분쟁

본 약관은 대한민국 법령을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁 발생 시 회사의 본점 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 전속 관할로 합니다.

본 약관은 2026-02-11부터 적용됩니다.

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator ("Company") and users in connection with the use of HoldemDNA ("Service").

2. Service Overview

  • The Service provides personalized analysis reports based on the user's response and decision patterns.
  • The Service does not guarantee or predict win rates, profits, or outcomes.
  • The Service does not provide betting/gambling brokerage or game result prediction services.

3. Eligibility

  • Users must comply with applicable laws in their country of residence.
  • Use by minors (under 18 years of age) may be restricted.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate information when using the Service.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, sharing, or misuse of reports/content is prohibited.

5. Payment & Delivery

  • The Service provides digital products (reports, etc.).
  • After payment, a report access link is automatically sent to the registered email, and the report is also accessible immediately via My Page.
  • All payments are processed by Paddle as the merchant of record.

6. Refunds

HoldemDNA offers a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. For details, see our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All rights to the Service, report templates, analysis logic, UI/UX, and brand elements belong to the Company.
  • Users may view and use reports solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer & Liability Limitation

  • The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes (win rates, profits, etc.).
  • The Company is not liable for the user's game results or financial losses.
  • The Company's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user.

9. Amendments

The Company may amend these Terms in accordance with applicable laws or service changes, and will notify users through reasonable means.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business.

These Terms are effective from February 11, 2026.

本規約は、HoldemDNA（以下「サービス」）の利用に関して、運営者（以下「会社」）と利用者の権利、義務および責任事項を規定します。

2. サービス概要

  • 本サービスは、利用者の回答・選択パターンに基づいてパーソナライズされた分析レポートを提供するデジタルサービスです。
  • 本サービスは勝率、利益、結果を保証または予測するものではありません。
  • 本サービスはベッティング/ギャンブルの仲介、ブローカレッジ、ゲーム結果の予測サービスを提供しません。

3. 利用資格

  • 利用者は居住国の関連法令を遵守する必要があります。
  • 未成年者（18歳未満）の利用を制限する場合があります。

4. 利用者の責任

  • 利用者はサービス利用時に正確な情報を提供する必要があります。
  • レポート・コンテンツの無断複製、転売、共有、サービスの悪用は禁止されています。

5. 決済と提供

  • 本サービスはデジタル成果物（レポート等）を提供します。
  • 決済完了後、登録メールアドレスにレポート閲覧リンクが自動送信され、マイページからも即時閲覧可能です。
  • すべての決済はPaddleが販売代理店として処理します。

6. 返金

HoldemDNAは購入日から30日以内の全額返金を保証します。詳細は返金ポリシーをご確認ください。

7. 知的財産権

  • サービス、レポートテンプレート、分析ロジック、UI/UX、ブランド要素に関するすべての権利は会社に帰属します。
  • 利用者は個人的・非商業的目的に限りレポートを閲覧・使用できます。

8. 免責および責任制限

  • 会社は特定の結果（勝率・利益等）を保証しません。
  • 利用者のゲーム結果・損益について会社は責任を負いません。
  • 損害賠償責任は利用者が実際に支払った金額を上限とします。

9. 規約の改定

会社は法令またはサービスの変更に応じて規約を改定することがあり、変更時は合理的な方法で通知します。

10. 準拠法および紛争

本規約は大韓民国の法令を準拠法とし、紛争が生じた場合は会社の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属管轄とします。

本規約は2026年2月11日より適用されます。
